I led the creative direction and motion design for Delaware North’s GuestPath training presentations, transforming traditional content into dynamic, visually engaging experiences. Through animation, storytelling, and brand-consistent design, the presentations helped associates better understand key principles of guest satisfaction and service excellence, creating a more memorable and impactful learning experience across the company.

Overview

GuestPath is Delaware North’s customer experience and service excellence program, designed to train associates on best practices in guest interaction and satisfaction. The initiative helps ensure that every team member, across all divisions, delivers the same high standard of service that defines the company’s global brand.

Challenge

The GuestPath team needed a way to make its internal presentations more engaging and memorable. Traditional slide decks were content-heavy and lacked the energy required to connect with diverse audiences — from corporate leaders to on-site associates. The goal was to transform the program’s materials into an interactive and visually dynamic experience that would maintain attention and improve message retention.

Process

I collaborated with the GuestPath team to reimagine their presentations through motion graphics, animation, and storytelling. Using brand-consistent design elements, I developed animated sequences that illustrated key principles of guest service and real-world hospitality scenarios. The motion design was carefully balanced to enhance the message — not distract from it — ensuring clarity and flow throughout each presentation.

Solution & Impact

The final presentations delivered a modern, cinematic training experience that kept audiences engaged while clearly communicating essential GuestPath concepts. By integrating motion graphics and thoughtful pacing, the content became more accessible and impactful for both live and virtual sessions.
