As part of Delaware North’s business development initiatives, I have led creative direction and design for numerous high-profile food and beverage RFP presentations across major professional and collegiate sports organizations. These projects blend strategic storytelling, design precision, and brand alignment — often completed under tight timelines with both digital and print deliverables.

Each presentation is uniquely crafted to reflect the identity and energy of the partner organization, including Inter Miami CF, Chicago Fire FC, the University of Notre Dame, the Baltimore Ravens, the Denver Broncos, and the Las Vegas A’s. From large-scale, 150+ page proposals to cinematic motion graphics and custom presentation pieces — such as a hand-painted, carved baseball bat created with Pillbox Bat Company — these projects showcase Delaware North’s creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in sports hospitality design.

Inter Miami CF RFP Presentation Video

As part of Delaware North’s RFP presentation to Inter Miami CF, I executed motion graphics and video editing to help bring the proposal to life. The presentation combined dynamic visuals, brand storytelling, and cinematic pacing to showcase Delaware North’s vision for food, beverage, and guest experience within the stadium environment.

The motion design work enhanced the clarity and energy of the pitch, helping communicate key concepts with visual impact and professionalism — reflecting both the excitement of the Inter Miami brand and Delaware North’s commitment to innovation in sports hospitality.

I led the creative direction and design for Delaware North’s food and beverage RFP submission to Chicago Fire FC of Major League Soccer. The over 100-page proposal was completed in under two weeks, adopting the team’s bold visual identity to create a cohesive, high-impact presentation. The design blended Chicago Fire’s signature colors and energy with Delaware North’s brand story, resulting in a dynamic, visually unified document that reflected both the passion of the sport and the precision of the brand.

Baseball Bat

In collaboration with Pillbox Bat Company, I designed a custom carved and hand-painted baseball bat as a presentation gift for the Las Vegas A’s during Delaware North’s hospitality bid for the team’s new stadium. The bat’s design drew inspiration from the team’s evolving identity and the energy of Las Vegas, blending craftsmanship and storytelling to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind piece. This bespoke gift served as both a creative expression of partnership and a symbolic gesture of Delaware North’s commitment to excellence and innovation in sports hospitality.

University of Notre Dame Athletics RFP Response

I led the creative direction and design for Delaware North’s comprehensive food and beverage RFP response to the University of Notre Dame’s Athletic Department. Designed in under two weeks, the 150+ page proposal embraced the Notre Dame Athletics brand, incorporating its iconic colors, typography, and spirit to create a visually cohesive and inspiring presentation. The result was a refined, high-impact document that reflected both Delaware North’s hospitality expertise and the tradition, pride, and prestige of the Notre Dame legacy.

I led the creative direction and design for Delaware North’s food and beverage RFP response to the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL. The presentation adopted the Ravens’ bold visual identity, blending team colors, typography, and imagery into a cohesive design system that reflected the energy and prestige of the franchise. Delivered both as a digital presentation and a printed binder, the proposal showcased Delaware North’s creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in sports hospitality.

Using the team’s bold color palette and visual motifs, the design conveyed energy, precision, and professionalism — reinforcing Delaware North’s vision for elevating the fan and guest experience at Empower Field at Mile High.
